Before you ask

For a first run, we'll start as low as 100 units per style so you can evaluate our quality with minimal risk. Production runs typically scale from there into the thousands or tens of thousands. MOQs vary by product complexity and material — we'll give you exact numbers in your quote.
Yes. Send us tech packs, sketches, reference samples, or even a competitor product you'd like matched or improved. Our team handles full development from pattern-making through production. If you don't have a tech pack yet, we can help build one.
After we align on specs, we produce a sample for your approval — usually within 2–4 weeks. Sample fees are modest and credited toward your first production order. We revise until the sample is exactly right before any bulk production begins.
Start to finish — from approved sample to delivered goods — typically runs 8–12 weeks depending on order size, materials, and complexity. We provide a firm timeline with every quote and keep you updated at each production stage.
We ship worldwide, either FOB or fully delivered (DDP) to your warehouse — tracked and insured. Payment is typically a deposit to begin production with the balance before shipment. We're happy to discuss terms that work for established, repeat clients.
Quality control happens at every stage — materials inspection, in-line checks during production, and a final QC pass before shipment. Because the family runs the floor directly, accountability isn't lost in a chain of subcontractors. Your account lead can share QC photos and updates throughout the run.
